Property developer Christine Yorath-wife of former Leeds soccer star Terry and mother of TV presenter Gabby Logan - got a commendation for the lighting scheme in her development at 19 Wellington Street. Her company is Town and City Living Ltd.
The awards were announced at a ceremony in the Royal Armouries, Leeds.
In total 38 schemes were submitted for awards in four categories-new buildings, conserved or altered buildings, landscape design and lighting.
