WHAT do you do when a high-flying executive wants to move into your luxury sky-scraper but the penthouse is already taken?
Build another one of course.
And that's exactly what the owners of Leeds's tallest tower block Bridgewater Place did to accommodate the unnamed managing director of an international finance company.
Landmark Development Projects and St James Securities created a brand new, bespoke suite from three existing one and two bedroom apartments.
And these impressive photographs show just what's on offer at one of the most expensive addresses in the city centre.
The European businessman, who wants his identity protected, said he had settled on Leeds city centre because of its excellent amenities and the quality of life it offered.
He said: "After considering a variety of UK locations, it was clear that Leeds offered an excellent quality of life and we were attracted to the character of Yorkshire and its residents.
"The family priorities we have with two teenagers and a young three-year-old are well met here with the fantastic schooling and leisure offering in addition to the city's dining, shopping and entertainment at the likes of the Grand Theatre.
"We were looking for a city centre base, as opposed to an out-of-town location, so that we would have less dependency on the car and the whole family would be able to take advantage of all that Leeds has to offer."
Flexible
Director of Landmark Development Projects, Chris Gilman, said: "We have always employed a flexible approach to lettings at Bridgewater Place and the creation of an additional penthouse demonstrates our commitment to delivering the highest level of service to our tenants, both residential and commercial.

"To have been chosen from such a broad search area of cities and residential properties is great news for the development and also highlights the desirability of Leeds as a location."
The design and fit-out of the second penthouse was co-ordinated by Christine Yorath of Flats in Leeds.
Christine, former wife of Leeds United legend Terry, and mum of TV presenter Gabby Logan said: "Having worked together before, we were delighted to be invited again by Chris Gilman of Landmark to work on the design, layout, specification and furnishing of this fabulous apartment.
"We were pleased to bring the project in within budget and on time, and were thrilled at the reaction of the landlord and his tenant."
